Attorney Frost also advises lawyers and law firms regarding day-to-day compliance with Connecticut’s Rules of Professional Conduct, including advice on client confidentiality and attorney-client privilege, conflicts of interest, fees and retainer agreements, lawyer advertising, and compliance with Connecticut’s mandatory IOLTA program.
